[ ... Sigh.

He leans backwards as he's sitting on a bench near the biggest local bus stop, but he only ends up hitting the back of his head hard against a sign post staring there. Muttering a curse under his breath he rubs the back of his head as if he's trying to relieve the pain. Man, what a pain.. not that he minds doing jobs for Jotaro, but all of a sudden he decided to come back to town and bring his kid along?! Couldn't he have given a little more notice to begin with?! He was going to go out with his friends, but now he'll be stuck babysitting instead..

Well, not like he has a choice. He just has to deal with it, which is why he's sitting here and waiting now for the bus to show up since said kid is supposed to be on it. Not that Jotaro told him anything more about the kid other than that it's his kid, so he's assuming it's a guy and probably a young one too.. yeah, he's about to be in for a surprise.

When he finally notices the bus coming closer, he slowly stands up, hands casually shoved into his pockets, and he waits for the people to get off the bus, looking out for the person who's supposed to be that guy's kid. ]

...but not like she could completely ignore him at the same time. Seriously, she knows how goofy great grandpa Joseph can be...so she can understand where and why this guy got the traits that he did from him...

My dad isn't exactly one to actually disclose a lot of information in the first place. Feh, he doesn't even tell me where he's going half the time, something about "oceans"...he's never around either way.

And yes, I am a girl. Something wrong with that? It's about as shocking as that ball of fluff on your head.

Yeah, that's really the kinda guy Jotaro-san is, huh.. he just goes off and does whatever he wants out of nowhere without explaining, what's up with that? Saying stuff like "we're gonna hunt some rat" out of nowhere and--

[ .. Wait. What.. was.. that second part.. his eye twitches at first, but then he obviously snaps just like usually. Nobody insults his hair, okay, nobody! Ball of fluff?! Hah, what is she doing, looking for some fight?!

The anger is obvious in his expression when he speaks up again-- ]

What did you fucking say about my hair?!

[ He honestly looks like he's about ready to punch her across the face, but for once something stops him in the middle of his rage over his hair. It's faint, but it's definitely there - the thought of Jotaro's face somehow won't leave his mind, the way he's sure that guy would glare at him for even thinking about touching his daughter.. w.. what, it's almost like he can feel the guy breathing down his neck, oh god.. why does it have to be Jotaro's kid of all people?! That means he can't do anything!

So even though he still looks majorly pissed off with grit teeth, he slowly lowers his fist again. It's pretty obvious he has to force himself to even do that though. ]

[Ok, she couldn't help but smirk a bit after what he just said.] So, dad made you do things without even explaining to you what was going on? Sounds just like. Sorry you have to put up with shit like that- not that he could help it in the first place.

[She sighed. Her dad really was weird...but she couldn't help it. If only he could BE AROUND MORE...] But a rat, really? C'mon dad-

[...wait, what. Did he...really just lose his temper over something as simple as his hair? She just stared blankly at him for a moment, before her face crinkled up into something of anger.]

The hell is wrong with you, thinking you're going to hit a girl like that!? What, you don't have any manners? C'mon, Josuke, you gotta man up and take blows like that every now and then, even if it's something over your hair! I mean- is it really that important to you that you'd be willing to hit a poor innocent girl over?

[ Gah, now she's even scolding him over it?! What's up with this girl, this isn't the kind of kid he'd expect Jotaro to have at all! Except not really- Jolyne just doesn't like the fact that her dad is away a lot. Huffs. And now especially since he's pawning her off on the dork master, over here.

Although she does tilt her head a bit. What did dad tell her about Josuke...?]

All I heard is that you're my great uncle that came out of great grandpa Joseph, that geezer. Something about you being in school too...think that's about it.

[And now it's her turn to put her finger into his chest.]

He groans a little at the first part. Puttiing it like that.. it's not like he had anything to do with his dad at first either way, he only met him a little while ago..! [ Yup, these are issues he gets. Although it's slightly different since he didn't even meet his own dad until recently and Jolyne sounds like she's already had to deal with this for quite some time.. but wasn't he mad at his dad too all the same, refusing to even get close to him when he met him? Besides, Jotaro might be a little standoffish and mysterious, but.. in the end, he's a kind guy who wants to do what's right. That's something Josuke knows for sure after having fought by his side so many times now. ]

I dunno if you're from the big city, then maybe this place might seem like a dump to you, but it's not all that bad, really. There's Tonio's place, but.. uh.. it's probaby not the best to go there first.. [ Not like he even knows Jolyne is a Stand user. ] There's an arcade too, sometimes I hang out there with the rest of the guys.

[She's been like this for a while, actually- hating her dad for always leaving her and her mom to be by themselves. Whatever, it's gotten old to her at this point, and she can literally give less then two shits about if her old man is coming to visit her or something, wanting to call him the most vile things ever.

And if he hurts Jotaro's daughter even a little, he bets that guy is going to kill him in the scariest way possible..

Besides, you don't even know what I could do yet, huh? [She smirked at him a little bit, letting her finger untwirl into a little string, making it's way into Josuke's pockets and practically taking his wallet, which eventually found it's way back to her hand as she waved it around.]

You also gotta be more careful about the people you're around, to. Who knows what kind of shit they might pull off.

[ EXCUSE HIM?! Sure, he's a nice guy, but he isn't just going to let someone call him a weenie and get away with it! He's nowhere close to being a weenie, he's a tough guy, dammit!

But before he can even shout about it, there's already something else. Surprise. He can see her finger intwirling like that, after all, and it makes him stop and stare with shock. No way any normal person can do that, it'd be impossible, so.. it's a Stand?! That actually shocks him more than his wallet being gone, he didn't think even Jotaro's daughter would have one of those.. Looks like he's dealing with something different than he thought once more here.

Not that he's falling that easily for a trick like that though. ]

Yeah, and you shouldn't just assume everyone around you's a retard who'll fall for that shit!

[ He gets a piece of paper out of his pocket, punching it - come on, Crazy Diamond - and then the wallet flies right back out of her hands and into his own hands. The hiding a piece of paper in his wallet and keeping a piece with him strategy is more just for ordinary robbers, but like this it works too..

Although he can't help but smirk once he's holding it again. ]

[...HOLD THE PHONE HERE. Yeah, she's pretty much staring at her hand in a little bit of shock- the hell did he just do here?! She looked back at him, to see that his wallet had definitely returned to the guy...and it was apparent on Jolyne's face that it had puffed up a bit, her face now a bit flustered, stomping her feet on the ground.]

The hell kind of trick was that!? Don't tell me you have a Stand too, you little...!

[Calm yourself, Jolyne, he's definitely trying to aggravate you right now, so there's no need to get so riled up over something as trivial as this. Sure, she's calmed down, but the red is still apparent in her face as she turns around from him, letting out a little huff.]

He stares at her Stand for a few moments, wondering why it has sunglasses like that.. but oh well, not like he hasn't seen weirder stuff. ~~The name of his Stand totally beats hers though, he's sure of that! Stone Free, huh.. and it does something with strings or whatever? [ Since that's what he saw with her finger, either way. ] And it's nothing as weird as telekinesis, it can just repair stuff since it can restore stuff to its original state.. Something like that, either way. [ He's not the best at explanations since he's such a dweeb, but he tries. ] It's strong as hell too, almost as good as Jotaro-san's, you know! [ Can't help but brag though COME ON LOOK AT HOW AWESOME HE IS, that's just what his kind of expression is beaming. ]

[THEY'RE NOT EVEN UNTIL SHE SAYS THEY'RE EVEN ALRIGHT JOSUKE. Okay, anyways...she's already gotten past all of that in the first place. Now she just needs to formulate a plan in the future to see how she could trick the dude...whatever, she's going to leave that to time, anyways.

But yes, Stands, there are Stands in the presence of one another, as Stone Free floats over to Crazy Diamond. Not before long, however, does Stone Free hold out it's first to Crazy Diamond- wow, is it really asking for a fist bump right now. ~~And excuse you her Stand name if pretty cool in the first place- Stone Free? Makes it seem like a Stone is floating in air or something.~~]

Yeah, you could say I can turn any part of my body into strings easily. Could be useful for punching anyone from a distance, you know? [Especially considering how her arm is basically extending itself out to Josuke, separating itself into separate strings and poking Josuke in the face multiple times.] Heh, your Stand sounds interesting in the first place, as well. Not that I can't complain about repairing things. [~~How about repair her relationship with her dad, Josuke.~~] Still, you say it's as strong as my Dad's?

[ Stands totally fistbumping in the background as they're talking. At least Josuke's still pretty calm so it's not like it'd suddenly go way too hard, that'd be bad.. but nope, like this it's capable of a very regular one. Maybe a little hard, but not too badly.

Uh.. well, maybe not as strong as Jotaro-san's.. [ A little awkward. He knows he can't match up to that guy when it comes down to it, but darnit, he wants to be that cool too! He's got to at least impress her a little here, can't seem like some.. some dweeb or something! ] But it's pretty damn close, y'know! I guess your Stand's about more than just pure strength though. [ With the.. strings and all.. at first he endured the poking but DAMMIT THAT TICKLES so he tries to bat the strings away after a few times. ]
