[ The decision to go to the human world to begin with came fairly quickly to Ishtar. Not just because he's used to going to the human world to seduce girls there - it's different from that, after all. He can't remember spending longer than a few days at most before just leaving, getting his simple one night stands out of it and then just going away after having had his fill. This is much different.. he's already been here for a while, after all. Instead of just a few days having passed, it's more like a few weeks have already passed. But the person he's chasing after this time is very different from those girls he has no interest in aside from having sex with them.

Not that he didn't enjoy the sex with Bael, it was an important part of why he kept going back to the other and actually having sex with another demon - and a guy on top of that - instead of with just female humans. But Bael made him feel something else too. There was something about him that actually almost made his heart pound, that made him want to make Bael entirely his own instead of letting him mess around with the other demons Ishtar knew Bael messed around with on a regular basis.

But before he was able to do anything about that, the angels had gotten to Bael first. Bael, who always just did what he wanted and seemed so constantly confident, like he couldn't be beaten...

... well, he's a little different now, isn't he? Ishtar can't help but think it to himself as he's staring at the familiar - a little too familiar, entirely similar to Bael's human form - white-haired guy in the arcade on the other side of the street. The angels really did do a good job of surpressing Bael's memories. Even though he can see some slight similarities between the two, Ishtar couldn't imagine Bael living a life like this. Being all close with family and friends, doing normal things for fun like going to the arcade.. it's so different from the demon he's been around so long already.

But Youngsik is fun in his own way. It's jarring to think of him as Bael, sure, but if Ishtar thinks of him as his own person that just happens to have Bael somewhere inside of him, it's a lot easier to accept. It's a lot easier that way to the think of the other as.. well, relatively cute. He's way too overconfident for a squishy human, and even though Ishtar is vague and whimsical, Youngsik seems to go along with it quite a bit. Popping up out of nowhere to hang out with him is rather fun, even though he's still trying his best to find a way to get Bael back - the fun just happens to be a good kind of side-effect while trying to accomplish that.

Lately there's been a slight problem though. He's pretty sure the angels are already on his trail - since maybe he overdid popping up around the other a little too much and Youngsik has traces of demon all over him now. And Ishtar can't imagine the angels being too happy with it, and out of fear they'll somehow reset him entirely again and undo all the work Ishtar has done so far (or do worse to Youngsik, really, to the point that Ishtar might never be able to see Bael or Youngsik ever again), he's been trying to keep the other as far away from the angels as possible.

Right now is one of those problematic moments though where they're relatively close by. Heading in this direction, even, if Ishtar's senses haven't dulled from how long he's been in the human world by now. And the guy doesn't look like he's going to leave the arcade anytime soon.

Which means Ishtar will have to take action himself. He crosses the street and strolls into the arcade just as casually as possible, as if there's no such thing as tension in the back of his mind over the approaching angels. As if everything is just like usually.

He even grins the same way as always at Youngsik while the other is standing on the DDR machine's platform, earrings swinging a little as he turns his head towards him. ]

Hey, baby. [ Yes, that totally is meant in the double sense of the word, thanks. ]
