[ It's always a joyous day when the students of the older classes need to come into class to help out the younger ones. A joyous day for Minako, that is, since it means she can stare at them and talk to them without seeming like a totally random stalker fangirl. Not that Minako has a whole lot of shame to actually mind that, but still...

She can barely contain herself the entire day, and by the time it really is time for class she's - uncharacteristically so - one of the first at the door, bouncing from one foot to another in glee and excitement. Once the teacher opens the classroom door, she's in first (maybe even shoving some other girls out of the way) to look at the partner listings and seat arrangements only to squeal at the name listed to her own. Bingo. She just took home the complete jackpot! All she has to do is go sit there and wait for the older students to arrive.

And when they do, Minako doesn't even bother to be subtle in the slightest-- the moment she spots Aidou entering the classroom, she doesn't even let him look at the listing, she's already waving and loudly calling out from her spot in the back. ]

Aidou-senpaaaii..! Over here!

I suppose I could help with that but only if you manage to answer every single one of these work books at a hundred percent before the end of the week! I'm sure I could hook you up with a date for one day. I don't think Shiki has any jobs this weekend...

[ and if not, well. Some poor day student is just going to have to step up and fill the void. ]

[ See, she's fairly willing to go along with this premise. It sounds pretty impossible, to suddenly have all of that at a hunderd percent, but Minako is actually pretty decent when she's actually putting effort into it..

.. but then he says the last line. Wait, what? Sure, not like she'd mind a date with any of them, but Aidou's definitely her goal here, he's the most fitting one for her after long deliberations she's had about this before!

So her look? Total disappointment. ]

What do you mean, talking about Shiki-senpai?! I want it to be Aidou-senpai himself and no one else..!

[ fjdsk that's exactly what he thought she was aiming for. Don't you dare take him for a fool! But he keeps his calm and he smooths down the cuff of his uniform, completely showing off his "idol" look ]

You can't expect to have a date with the great Aidou for just that small amount of work!

[ small steps Aidou. It's not like she's going to accomplish this first one anyway. ]

If you don't like Shiki, there's Kain but I didn't take you for the silent type. [ Although Kain was certainly the mothering type. Perhaps he would do Minako good... ]

[ Minako's totally pouting like a little kid by now. In fact, she's grabbed her notebook and she's busy tearing the edges off the papers just so she has something to keep her hands idle and keep her from just exploding.. ]

It doesn't matter if it's Shiki-senpai or Kain-senpai..! [ They're all pretty handsome in their own way, after all, but if it was that simple then she could just have tried to approach one of the others. Aidou tends to have crowds following him even moreso than some of the others, after all. ]

You could offer Kaname-senpai himself and I'd still be asking for you!

[ Although Kaname is super hot. Hold-on-and-let-me-fan-myself kind of hot. But Aidou just suits her more, she's pretty sure she can find a better friend of hers to hook up with Kaname, and then maybe sometimes they can swap or something.. the perfect plan. ]

[ the only way that kind of poly relationship would work is if Aidou got to keep Kaname to himself some of the time. First loves should never got to waste after all! But Aidou is just deadpanning at Minako as the horror level just continues to rise at every word uttered.

Except... a sudden light went off again and he's swallowing down a blush as he turned the sparkles back on. ]

[ No dates until then, huh? She can live with that as long as it means there will be dates in the future with the cutest guy in school - that's clearly the only reason to work hard in school ever.

So Minako doesn't have to consider his offer for very long. She's not able to, anyway, she's so excited that she just has to grab this offer. But Minako wouldn't be Minako if she didn't manage to try and squeeze some last things out of it.. ]

Will hand holding be involved? [ Somehow she happens to look the perfect ridiculous medium of trying to be sneaky and acting like a commander at a table talking about war negotiations. This is just as important as that, anyway. ]

[ if it gets her to succeed, it may be worth the humiliation and honestly, this was starting to prove to be a challenge that was getting Aidou's blood up (let's just be grateful it's no longer morning, otherwise this would surely all be a lost cause). ]

Hand-holding requires extra credit. [ which there is none, so hah! Aidou can't help the satisfied little smile that crosses his face after saying that either which any war-hardened commander would notice. But is it a bluff? is it really ~~just bake the most delicious cookies ever and maybe he'll forget about rules. Who knows?~~ ]

[ Even if it's a bluff, she's still going for it. Because impossible is not a word that can be found anywhere in Minako Aino's dictionary.

So the girl stares him straight in the eyes for a moment or two, as if she's considering just how to go about this since she also realises there's no extra credit..

And then she realises it. Minako jumps up in her seat, arm raised so high it looks like she's trying to reach the ceiling. ]

Teacher, teacher..!

[ You might want to stop her before hand-holding becomes inevitable, Aidou. ]

[ fjdsa CRUEL MISTRESS!

Aidou immediately lunged and grabbed her hand, pulling her back down in her seat. ]

Stop that!

[ he hissed, he couldn't help hissing, his life and reputation were on the line here! ]

I'll give you the extra credit just as soon as you prove you can do the work in front of you!

[ gosh, wow. Way to call his bluff! He can tell he's going to have his work cut out for himself... ]

[ Guess who's currently looking smug and victorious as all hell. This girl over here. Because despite the commotion they're causing and the fact that both the teacher and other students look over in their direction for a moment before turning back to their work - they're probably used to Minako being Minako already, let's be real here - she's smiling widely at him, realising that he's truly given in. She'll show him just yet that the goddess of love gets what the goddess of love wants! ]

Alright then, I'll give it my all! [ She grabs her pen and pulls the book a little closer, staring at the problems in there. ] Right, so staring with roots..

[ And it sounds like she's actually going to listen to his explanations, yes. And pretty serious. A lot hinges on this, okay, she wants her date..!! ]
