[He definitely did not expect this whole "taking Ange into hiding and keeping her away from her old life" would give off such a response. Whatever, like one person missing from the world would actually make a difference in the first place. Not that he didn't mind hiding her, he just thought it was getting a bit ridiculous at this point- but whatever. He has to deal since he made this.
Having the girl around was, at least, enjoyable to him- having someone that can actually relate to all the pains he had as a child...and carry about the same air as he could with this apathetic front he puts on. She was starting to grow on him, at least.
Although he feels bad about keeping her inside all of the time- she doesn't seem to particularly enjoy being inside all of the time, and it really brings about a frown upon his face whenever he sees her in a slump like that. This...wasn't the sort of freedom he was thinking of giving her in the first place.
Of course, all of this is being thought of as he's finishing up his work, walking in the midst of the halls, before spotting thrashing Ange on the couch. Is she...having a nightmare? He approaches the couch, watching the girl...his face formed a little frown, mostly due to wondering what she was dreaming...with a sigh, he sat on the edge of the couch, bringing out a hand to touch her forehead...hopefully this wasn't enough to wake her. He really did want to figure out, though, what was wrong...]
