[ David would never screw this up?! A woman is asking him to come out, then he definitely will come to see her, doing anything other than that would just be plain rude!
So he's come - dressed in more modern day clothes, of course, even if they're still slightly on the formal and neat side - to the park, looking around to spot her. ]
[ He's not often caught by surprise, and this is one of those times. Despite him being grabbed from behind, he still doesn't flinch, his tone as level as always when he speaks up. ]
I suppose I do not need three chances to guess this one. [ there's something a little content in his tone too though. ] It could only be on person with a voice that bright and beautiful.
[The compliment will only contribute to her gigglefit. It won't be a moment before he finds her hand clasped around his tugging him along playfully. This must be what it's like to find Beatrice in a particularly good mood.]
