There's a reason it was just teasing - mostly since Seungbin himself is just as impatient about all this as Junghoon might be at this point. Even though he's been leading the other on for the longest time before giving in like this (even if the giving in part was a long time coming by now), it's taking him a lot to hold back right now. There's a part of him that just wants to climb on top of the other's desk and take his shirt off just to see what kind of face Junghoon would make, where Junghoon would touch him, what kind of stuff he would say. He knows it's coming, he knows that he won't have to wait too long - there's only a few more seconds, maybe a minute, just a moment. Just a moment in which Seungbin's heart oddly feels like it's racing. Oddly, since it's not a sensation he's often felt before. He can't recall any of his "fans" ever giving him this sort of feeling, no matter what they did for him.
Not that feeling the other's fingers slowly moving down on his skin isn't already nice. Of course it's nice, and Seungbin actually loves foreplay, but there's something in him that's so excited about this that it feels like torture that it's going so slow.
Not that he's going to give in to that still vaguely horny teenager side of him right now though, he'll only regret it later. If this is the first time they're going to get down to it together, it ought to be special.
