It more just does give Minhwan the impression that he could ask for anything from the other - a thought that's a little weird, but definitely not in a bad way.

He genuinely didn't intent to ruin the atmosphere they've got going on here - it's just that Minhwan sucks at telling the mood in any situation. He's just the kind of moron that will bring up something completely inappropriate without it seeming weird to him in the moment. Even while he's lying here propped up against Sejoon, much closer and softer than they have ever been before.
So he still smiles. It's definitely a grinny smile, considering how Minhwan works, but there's a genuine kind of joy and almost childish giddiness behind the expression. It's not that he doesn't like Sejoon getting mad at him, it was funny as hell plenty of times before, but he likes this too somehow. Sejoon just laughing as he pokes back at him a little, seeming exasperated yet amused at the same time.
